The role requires DoD DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher, and experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies. You will collaborate with systems, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise network environments.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or higher certifications required.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking.
• Strong foundation in enterprise networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III network support for enterprise environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless).
• Support Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking technologies.
• Assist with network upgrades, modernization, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and baselines.
• Collaborate with systems, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
