The role focuses on ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, and video network services, including planning, designing, and implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures while collaborating with IT staff to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security practices.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect network data and resources.
