Job summary

Powernet is looking for a Network Administrator to support client infrastructures and internal connectivity. You’ll be overseeing incident resolution, onsite deployments, and proactive monitoring of networking systems.

This role requires strong technical skills in VLAN management and routing, as well as a commitment to exceptional customer service. The position allows for remote work but requires local travel within Florida for equipment setups and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining network environments.
• Experience with managing VLANs, LAGs, and switch stacks.
• Proficiency in reading Wireshark data and debugging firewall traffic.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote and on-site assistance for network technology issues.
• Support ongoing technology implementations, network upgrades, and hardware assessments.
• Monitor corporate technology to maintain SLAs and prevent downtime.
