Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Network Administrator for the Washington DC area, supporting Joint Anacostia-Bolling AFB. This 12+ month contract offers $60.00-$70.00 per hour on W-2, with Monday–Friday dayshift scheduling.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly, Security+CE, 4+ years of networking experience, and hands-on work with LAN/WAN routers, switches, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF/RIP/BGP).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise VLANs/LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VPNs
• Configure and troubleshoot dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, BGP)
• L2 Networking
• Configure and apply standard ACLs to enforce security and traffic policies
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper enterprise switching environments (Catalyst, Nexus, EX, QFX)
