Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a mid-level Network Administrator in Richmond for a hybrid role supporting enterprise-wide network infrastructure across court facilities. You will manage WAN/LAN, perform SD-WAN operations, and enforce security protocols with Cisco ISE, firewalls, and VPNs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network/WAN administration experience in multi-site enterprise environments
• Strong Cisco networking skills, including IOS/NX-OS, routing, switching, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vEdge)
• Expertise in network security using Cisco ISE, firewalls/VPNs; Duo/Zero Trust exposure
• CCNA certification; willingness to travel statewide in Virginia for onsite installs/troubleshooting
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as ThousandEyes, SolarWinds/PRTG, Splunk
• Ability to perform field visits, hardware installations, and onsite support
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities
