Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network communications, including development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Monitor ticketing systems and respond to critical outages.
• Assist with network design and configuration.
• Manage network infrastructure components and assets.
• Document and monitor network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of hardware and software assets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Layer 2 network switching and routing.
• 3 years of experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Experience working in ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid US Driver's License and ability to travel within 50 miles for on-site tasks.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, QoS/CoS, IPSec, SSL, SNMP, multicast, NetFlow/NBAR, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, link aggregation).
• IP addressing and subnetting.
• Experience managing ISP circuits and scheduling cutovers.
• Familiarity with network management tools and protocols.
