Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Center Square, PA is seeking an IT Network Subject Matter Expert to lead end-to-end troubleshooting across enterprise LAN, wireless, and security infrastructure. You will own incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes while coordinating with OT teams.

The role focuses on Cisco Catalyst, WLC, Firepower/ASA, DNAC, and ISE, with emphasis on networking health, security, and site deployments. Base salary ranges apply and the position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Act as SME for IT network incidents and drive rapid resolutions.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution with full ownership.
• Support Enterprise IT Network including LAN, Wireless, Firewalls, DNAC and ISE.
• Understand IT/OT segmentation and security concepts and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for all IT network related incidents.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution independently
• Handle high-severity and production-impacting incidents with full ownership.
• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage and support Enterprise IT Network: Cisco LAN (Catalyst switches), Wireless (WLC, APs), Firewalls (Cisco Firepower/ASA), DNAC, ISE.
• Proactively identify and fix network health and performance issues.
• Coordinate with OT teams for plant network dependencies and changes.
• Execute network changes, deployments and site expansions, with proper risk assessment.

Enterprise IT Network

• Cisco Switching: Catalyst (L2/L3)
• Cisco Wireless: WLC, Access Points
• Firewalls: Cisco Firepower / ASA (or equivalent)
• Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
• Cisco ISE (NAC, authentication)

Core Networking

• TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN
• Routing (OSPF/BGP)
• NAT, ACLs, segmentation

OT Awareness (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of:
• IT/OT segmentation
• Industrial environments
• OT security concepts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with onsite OT/network plant teams for:
• Plant network dependencies
• Industrial connectivity issues
• Change coordination impacting production
• Provide IT-side inputs for IT/OT segmentation and security.
• Perform OT Network troubleshooting
• Execute Network changes (configurations, upgrades, patching)
• Perform New deployments and site expansions
• Ensure Proper risk assessment and rollback planning
• Changes executed during approved windows
• Manage EOL/EOS tracking and remediation.
• Implement and maintain Network segmentation
• Firewall policies and secure access controls
• Vulnerability remediation and patching
• Security incident investigation
• Coordinate with OEM TAC (Cisco, firewall vendors)
• Create, Update and Maintain Network diagrams and configurations
• IP address management
• Create, Update and Maintain SOPs/runbooks
• Ensure accurate ITSM updates and audit compliance.

Base Salary Range : $85,000 to $95,000 Per Annum
