A leading company seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain customer-facing and internal systems. The successful candidate will support servers, desktops, and network infrastructure, providing onsite and remote assistance. Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring great customer service. Ideal candidates should have an associate's degree and solid knowledge of Windows environments.
The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
The successful candidate will maintain and support our customer’s servers, desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, printers, and firewalls. The successful candidate will also provide software and end user support both onsite and remotely. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, a self-starter and a very good communicator.
