Job summary

Glocomms seeks a Business Applications Administrator to own the ERP platform and core business applications across the organization. You will drive process improvements, enable workflow automation, and build dashboards to support decisions, working closely with operations, finance, and leadership.

Your role will involve system enhancements, reporting, and user training, while collaborating with IT partners on upgrades and digital transformation initiatives to modernize our systems and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting ERP systems or enterprise apps.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong business process improvement and systems optimization.
• Experience with reporting, workflow automation, and app support.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools.
