Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Administrator to own and optimize our ERP and business applications.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and ensure reliable operation of manufacturing systems. This role involves collaborating with our MSP and plant teams on infrastructure tasks, delivering insightful reporting, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimization.
• Experience with ERP administration, reporting, workflow automation, and application support.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead application enhancements, workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.

• Train and support users to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) on infrastructure-related requests, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Participate in software implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The primary focus of this role is supporting and improving our ERP and business applications while driving process improvements across the organization. What You'll Do
