Palmer Hamilton, LLC, a leader in innovative design and manufacturing solutions for educational and commercial environments, is looking for a strategic, analytical Enterprise Applications Manager to own and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, and integrated business systems.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Serve as the functional owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics Customer Experience.
• Lead configuration, optimization, upgrades, integrations, and vendor partnerships.
• Reduce manual processes and enhance automation across all departments.
• Maintain data integrity, system alignment, and efficient workflows.

Manufacturing & Operations Support

• Improve MRP/MPS, demand planning, inventory accuracy, and production order workflows.
• Enhance shop floor visibility and operational efficiency through ERP-driven processes.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure systems support accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.
• Support costing, margin analysis, and profitability visibility across product lines and customers.
• Strengthen the connection between operational data and financial decision-making.

Business Intelligence & KPIs

• Oversee Power BI environments, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting tools.
• Ensure consistent, accurate performance metrics across the company.

AI Leadership & Innovation

• Lead Palmer Hamilton’s AI initiatives—identify opportunities, recommend tools, and guide adoption.
• Implement AI solutions that improve efficiency, automation, analytics, and decision support.
• Develop the roadmap for responsible AI across ERP, reporting, and operations.

Project Management & Process Improvement

• Lead cross-functional system enhancements and digital transformation projects.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and structured change-management processes.
• Drive scalable, sustainable improvements across all departments.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related).
• Equivalent experience considered.
• 5–10 years of ERP functional experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with Dynamics CE, ERP/CRM integrations, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong experience in discrete or make‑to‑order manufacturing.
• Solid financial acumen: costing, margins, GAAP fundamentals.
• Hands‑on Power BI experience.
• Proven project management skills and process improvement mindset.
• Experience with AI, automation, or data analytics tools.

Preferred

• Experience with production planning and manufacturing operations.
• Background in leading system upgrades or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience improving financial reporting systems and workflows.
