AdventHealth is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee department budgeting, staffing optimization, and patient access initiatives across our network. You will drive monthly executive reporting, develop ROI models, and manage cross-functional vendor relationships to improve care access and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare operations, strong project management, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams while collaborating with IT and administrative leadership.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Business, Health Science, or Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum 2+ years management experience leading a team.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations or healthcare call center preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reporting and outcomes to Executives and Site Practice Administrators.
• Develop metrics-based dashboard and optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Prepare annual department budgets and ROI models.
• Lead patient access initiatives and vendor management.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations to maintain referral center platform.
