Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a NetSuite Systems, Project & Integration Manager to lead the ERP and integration strategy in Quincy, MA. You will own NetSuite configuration, reporting, and cross‑functional processes across operations, finance, purchasing, manufacturing, and HR.

You will manage ERP projects from scope through implementation, coordinate with external consultants and internal users, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, business systems, technology projects, or systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform.
  • Experience managing system integrations and third-party technology vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead NetSuite and business systems projects from initial concept through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Gather requirements from department managers and translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
  • Manage project priorities, budgets, deadlines, and risks.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and obtain appropriate approval before implementation.
  • Ensure completed projects achieve the intended operational and financial objectives.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and reporting.
  • Work with department leaders to document current-state and future-state processes.
  • Identify unnecessary manual processes and opportunities for automation.
  • Develop recommendations for system and process improvements.
  • Assist management in evaluating the financial and operational impact of proposed system changes.
  • Ensure system changes support the company's growth and operational requirements.
  • Develop and coordinate NetSuite reporting requirements across departments.
  • Improve access to purchasing, inventory, labor, production, sales, financial, and operational information.
  • Work with users to define reporting requirements and develop appropriate dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs.
  • Monitor data integrity and investigate discrepancies between systems.
  • Assist management with developing reliable reporting for decision-making.
  • Establish consistent definitions and processes for critical business data.
  • Serve as an internal resource for NetSuite users.
  • Coordinate user training for new functionality and system changes.
  • Develop user procedures, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Promote consistent system usage and adherence to established processes.
  • Identify recurring user issues and develop permanent solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds.
  • Manage relationships with NetSuite consultants, software vendors, integration providers, and technology partners.
  • Review vendor proposals, statements of work, contracts, and project estimates.
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon scope, timelines, service levels, and deliverables.

NetSuite Systems, Project & Integration Manager

Position Summary

The NetSuite Systems, Project & Integration Manageris responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving the company's NetSuite ERP environment and its integration with operational, financial, manufacturing, warehouse, EDI, payroll, and other business systems.

This position serves as the primary internal business owner and project manager for NetSuite-related initiatives. The role works closely with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, HR, and external technology partners to ensure systems support the company's operational and financial requirements.

The position will oversee system projects from planning through implementation, including requirements gathering, process development, system configuration coordination, testing, training, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing performance management.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working between business operations and technology providers. The position does not require the individual to be a software developer but requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, integrations, data flow, business processes, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite ERP Management
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for NetSuite-related business requirements, issues, projects, and improvements.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of NetSuite's financial, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, sales, reporting, and operational capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better utilization and configuration of NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with NetSuite consultants, Oracle partners, third-party vendors, and internal users.
  • Manage system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and implementation.
  • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, user adoption, and process compliance.
  • Maintain documentation of system processes, configurations, integrations, and key workflows.
  • Establish appropriate controls around system changes, user access, and data integrity.
Systems Integration
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other company systems and applications.
  • Coordinate EDI implementations and ongoing EDI requirements with customers, suppliers, and third-party providers.
  • Manage integrations involving systems such as SPS Commerce, RF-SMART, I-Trade, payroll/HR systems, banking systems, shipping platforms, warehouse systems, and other operational applications, as applicable.
  • Understand and document data flows between systems.
  • Coordinate testing of inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Investigate integration failures, data discrepancies, and transaction errors and coordinate resolution with the appropriate vendor or technical resource.
  • Establish procedures for monitoring critical integrations and escalating issues.
Project Management

  • Experience with inventory, purchasing, production, labor, and warehouse management systems.
  • Experience managing ERP implementations or major system transitions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data interfaces, integration platforms, or middleware.
  • Experience developing NetSuite Saved Searches, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • NetSuite certification or other relevant ERP certification is a plus.
