Title: NetSuite SME – Developer/Analyst

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (W2 Only)

Location: Hybrid – Dallas-Fort Worth (3–4 days onsite)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current NetSuite implementation and recommend modernization strategies.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and backend solutions within NetSuite.
• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day maintenance, including assisting a lower-level support team member with user creation, password resets, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the future direction of NetSuite and explore potential Oracle integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimize NetSuite functionality for business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive NetSuite development experience, including scripting and workflow automation.
• Experience with Oracle or willingness to explore future Oracle integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ownership of NetSuite strategy and implementation.
• Direct involvement in system investments ahead of organizational expansion.
