Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite System Administrator to support and optimize the NetSuite ecosystem that powers our business, based in Spokane, WA.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, providing technical mentoring, coaching, and consulting to resolve issues and improve process and application performance. You will collaborate with business departments to configure, enhance, and support the platform, manage day-to-day NetSuite health, and drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
• Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, custom forms, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of core NetSuite system functionality and ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment, including under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain NetSuite and related business applications across the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Act as subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and system design.
• Provide ongoing system and technical support to users, advocating to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Propose system design and enhancements based on business problems and product requirements.
• Create and manage changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out enhancements and support larger NetSuite projects.
• Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements, and their revisions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of NetSuite, including monitoring health of NetSuite processes.
