Job summary

Cerebra IT Services is seeking a NetSuite Consultant to provide remote support, training, and end-user guidance for our US-based operations. The role focuses on NetSuite functionality, reporting, and process improvements, enabling business users to operate efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of NetSuite experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to document processes and train end users. This is a remote position primarily aligned with US hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience in consulting or support.
• Experience with NetSuite reports, saved searches, dashboards and workflows.
• Ability to document processes and provide end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day NetSuite support to business users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and functional queries.
• Understand business requirements and suggest solutions using standard NetSuite functionality.
• Provide end-user training and explain NetSuite processes and features.
• Create basic user guides and process documentation.
• Support users with reports, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, roles, and permissions.
• Assist with testing and UAT for functional changes.
• Work with technical/development teams when development support is required.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
