Job summary

Dignifyd is seeking a NetSuite consultant to design, develop, and maintain NetSuite solutions, including complex configurations and integrations. You will work with Finance, Sales, and Operations to optimize business processes and ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong NetSuite expertise, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive sustainable improvements and governance

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration and customization.
• Proven experience in functional consulting roles, specifically with NetSuite.
• In depth knowledge of business processes related to finance, sales, and operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite solutions and configurations.
• Own end-to-end NetSuite integrations with external platforms and middleware.
• Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and forms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement to optimize processes.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors ensuring on-time delivery.
• Establish governance around change management, documentation, access controls, and release management.
• Troubleshoot issues across technical defects, business processes, data quality, and training.
