Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in accounting management or related fields.
• 3+ years’ management experience leading accounting teams.
• Public accounting background (Big 4 or regional firm) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations ensuring financial record integrity.
• Manage monthly close process and prepare financial statement schedules.
• Lead monthly consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Oversee internal audit activities and compliance with regulations.
