We're working with a growing technology business within the NetSuite ecosystem to recruit an experienced Project Manager as it continues to expand its customer delivery team.
The business develops a specialist software solution that integrates directly with NetSuite, helping product-based organisations improve their operational processes. With increasing customer demand and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is investing in its delivery function to support its next stage of growth.
You’ll be joining a relatively lean, ambitious team with an experienced leadership group and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how customer projects are delivered.
For someone looking to take ownership of implementations today and progress towards delivery leadership in the future, this offers an opportunity to grow alongside the business.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee several concurrent customer engagements, coordinating the delivery of a NetSuite-connected software solution for businesses across product-led industries.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, aligning stakeholders and ensuring implementations are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2–5 concurrent customer projects, typically involving engagements of approximately 500 project hours.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software implementations within NetSuite environments.
- Take ownership of project plans, milestones, deliverables, customer meetings and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate functional consultants, developers and other internal resources to maintain delivery momentum.
- Manage a varied portfolio of implementation, support and development engagements.
- Oversee customer onboarding, training and post-implementation relationships.
- Identify delivery risks early, manage escalations and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Apply established project management methodologies to maintain consistency, quality and accountability.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine delivery processes and help build a scalable project management function.
What We're Looking For
- Around 5–10 years of experience in ERP project management, software implementation or professional services delivery.
- A track record of managing customer-facing implementation projects from planning through to delivery.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or comparable ERP platforms.
- Experience supporting product-based organisations, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or related industries.
- Confidence managing multiple engagements, competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, organisational and customer relationship management skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach, with the ability to operate independently in a growing business.
- Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours.
- Previous experience with an ERP consultancy, implementation partner or specialist software provider.
- Familiarity with NetSuite-integrated applications or third-party ERP solutions.
- Functional ERP knowledge or previous hands‑on implementation experience.
- Experience in a startup, boutique consultancy or scaling technology business.
- Exposure to managed services, post-go-live support or software development projects.
We're particularly interested in people who enjoy taking ownership, improving how projects are run and building strong customer relationships, with the ambition to develop into a more senior delivery role over time.
