Job summary

AlphaBOLD is seeking a senior NetSuite Practice Manager to lead and grow the NetSuite practice, bridging business and technology to deliver scalable NetSuite solutions. You will drive pre-sales architecture, delivery oversight, and hands-on engagement with clients and sales opportunities.

The role requires 10+ years in cloud ERP with NetSuite expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage distributed teams while ensuring commercial and delivery success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud ERP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on NetSuite.
• Experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong hands-on techno-functional expertise across NetSuite ERP processes and modules, including configuration, workflows, reporting, scripting, and integrations.
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, solution design, estimation, and demos.
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the NetSuite practice strategy, capabilities, and offerings.
• Lead NetSuite sales pursuits from discovery through proposal and SOW.
• Translate business requirements into solution architecture and implementation approach.
• Define scope, estimates, risks, assumptions, and delivery approach.
• Oversee delivery quality across NetSuite projects and engagements.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and executive discussions.
• Mentor NetSuite consultants and manage delivery teams.
• Stay current with NetSuite capabilities and integration technologies.
