Job summary

Jetson Home seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Analyst to own inventory accuracy across its growing warehouse network. You will steward NetSuite and Arena data, perform cycle counts, resolve variances, and support new site setups with the systems team to scale reliably.

You will drive root-cause analysis, manage receiving discrepancies, and push continuous improvements in inventory processes across the network. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-moving clean-energy company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience managing receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
• Root cause analysis mindset — you fix problems at the source, not the symptom.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
• Experience with Arena PLM preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS or RF scanning tools preferred.
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and improve daily work required.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all active warehouse sites; serve as the primary NetSuite/Arena data steward for warehouse operations including cycle counts, variance analysis, manual receipts, audit support, etc.
• Post inventory adjustment transactions in NetSuite to resolve approved cycle count variances; esc ...
• Support the systematic setup of new warehouse sites, including seeding, opening inventory counts, establishing initial reorder points in NetSuite, and coordinating with the systems team on WMS configuration and bin structure.
• Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena
• Own root cause corrective action processes for recurring receiving and inventory issues
• Manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of returned or damaged inventory
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy processes across the network
