Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize our NetSuite ERP and related platforms across finance operations. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, integrations, and reporting.

Opportunity to work with Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more. You will serve as ERP domain expert, handling access controls, reports, and lifecycle processes from order to cash.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM).
• Experience in developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP solutions.
• Hands‑on experience of complex Order‑to‑Cash lifecycles, including advanced troubleshooting of multi‑system integration bottlenecks, subscription billing edge cases, and revenue recognition alignment.
• Knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, user access control, compliance and security practices.
• Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner.
• Fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions and inheritance.
• Strong analytical, change management, task management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, and at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.
• Proactively coordinate task resolution across multiple stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions and controls.
• Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements, design and analyze reports for management and audit purposes.
