Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to optimize financial systems and support business operations. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and integrations. Exposure to Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia and more offers broader financial system growth.

The role focuses on implementing solutions, improving control, and delivering reliable reporting across Order‑to‑Cash and related modules, in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Experience with SuiteBilling and ARM modules.
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP processes and Revolving around O2C lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide internal support for system availability and performance.
• Evaluate issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Document requirements and design reports for management/audit.
• Coordinate task resolution across Accounting, Tax, and other teams.
