Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize our NetSuite ERP and related financial platforms. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Accounting, Tax, and other teams to improve processes and integrations.

Lead efforts across Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more to ensure seamless financial operations, reporting, and controls. This role offers growth in a fast-paced tech environment and a strong emphasis on process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Experience with NetSuite modules: SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, ARM, etc.
• Experience in developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes; NetSuite configuration skills.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine roles, permissions, and controls.
• Provide internal system support including availability and performance optimization.
