Mom Corps seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract in Rigby, Idaho. The role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to support ERP and supply chain systems, including NetSuite and WMS.

You’ll own requirements, coordinate projects, and drive system improvements aligned to business goals. You will help prepare the organization for future ERP transformation initiatives, including SAP adoption, and ensure solutions meet process requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting or administering NetSuite ERP.
• Experience gathering requirements and enabling process improvements.
• Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, or financial processes.
• Experience conducting functional testing, regression testing, UAT, and release validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP ERP and WMS experience preferred; NetSuite certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary functional owner for ERP and supply chain platforms, including managing backlogs, support activities, enhancements, and priorities.
• Gather requirements, evaluate processes, identify improvements, and translate needs into system solutions.
• Coordinate projects through full lifecycle with IT, business, and external vendors.
• Support Tier 2 issues and escalations for ERP and warehouse management platforms.
• Facilitate UAT, functional testing, and regression testing for changes.
• Maintain documentation: requirements, workflows, user stories, release notes, knowledge base.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize end-to-end order, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain processes.
