Job summary

Gateway Search Associates is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to act as the primary owner of the ERP platform. You will maintain, optimize, and enhance the system while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operations.

The ideal candidate blends strong technical configuration with business acumen and has hands-on NetSuite implementation and customization experience. Salary ranges from $80K–$110K and may flex to $130K for a NetSuite Superstar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP functionality, workflows, and core financial modules.
• Proficiency with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, CSV imports, and dashboard development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support both technical and non-technical business users.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Manage configuration, user access, security roles, permissions, and daily troubleshooting.
• Optimization: Design and maintain workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, dashboards, custom reports, and forms.
• Integrations: Oversee and maintain data connections between the ERP and third-party software platforms.
• Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to identify process improvements and implement scalable ERP solutions.
• Upgrades & Release Management: Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of platform updates and new features.
• Documentation & Training: Create training materials and lead user sessions to promote platform best practices.
