Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Functional Implementation Consultant to deliver NetSuite ERP implementations in the Madison, WI area. You will guide customers through requirements, design, configuration, and deployment, applying Oracle's methodology and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cumulative relevant experience including significant ERP solution functional implementation and/or administration.
• Expertise in ERP solutions for Product/ Retail industries (Design to Build, inventory, scheduling).
• NetSuite platform experience preferred; other platforms considered.
• Consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong project and team leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• NetSuite product certification is a plus.
• English language read/write/speak proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to document and validate business requirements and map them to solution functionality.
• Conduct sessions with customers via phone or in person and provide status updates on progress and deliverables.
• Provide consulting and general assistance as a go-to resource for functional areas.
• Contribute to knowledge share and best practices and participate in SME programs.
• Adopt an agile approach to blend technology with business innovation.
• Support the sales cycle through scoping engagements and solution reviews.
• Assist in expanding the installed base and promoting Oracle NetSuite Professional Services.
