Job summary

Oasis Solutions, a trusted NetSuite, Sage 100 and Sage Intacct partner, seeks an experienced ERP Consulting Leader to drive multi-project engagements across accounting/finance, manufacturing, MRP, and distribution. You will lead teams, manage scopes, and guide client communications while delivering value-driven process improvements.

The role emphasizes project profitability, mentoring, and adherence to Oasis Values, with frequent client visits and sales-support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams through multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in project or team coordination, including meeting scheduling and preparation.
• Experience in client communication, in person, email, or voice, with emphasis on issue resolution.
• Experience in generating scopes of work, including discovery, design, planning, and delivery to the letter of said scope.
• Experience in employee development, utilizing an existing career path framework.

Responsibilities

• Leads consulting engagements, including process analysis, reporting recommendations, and transactional flow analysis.
• Discovers, scopes, and delivers multiple implementation or service-related projects; may delegate tasks to senior/associate consultants.
• Provides career path guidance and mentoring to consultants.
• Provides sales engineering and business development support, including product demonstrations and user group meetings.
• Evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves customer service requests submitted to the helpdesk (level 2/3).
• Participates in onsite and in-house client visits, often in a leadership role.
