Job summary

MonkeySports is seeking a NetSuite Administrator in Allen, Texas. You will manage day-to-day NetSuite configuration, security, and reporting while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service, and eCommerce to drive process improvements.

In this hands-on role, you will monitor integrations with Shopify and other systems, develop custom reports, and support deployments. A strong foundation in ERP processes and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a production environment.
• Experience configuring NetSuite roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches.
• Understanding of ERP business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with technical and business users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a NetSuite Administrator to help optimize one of the company's most critical business systems. Position Summary

Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, the NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of MonkeySports' NetSuite ERP platform and its connected business applications.

This hands-on role supports users across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service, and eCommerce by configuring NetSuite, improving workflows, maintaining data quality, monitoring integrations, and delivering reporting that enables informed business decisions.

What You'll Do

Administer NetSuite

• Configure and maintain NetSuite across Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and related modules.
• Create and maintain custom fields, forms, record types, and lists.
• Build and enhance workflows using SuiteFlow.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions.
• Support sandbox testing, change management, and production deployments.
• Assist with NetSuite release testing and coordinate updates with business users.
• Monitor system health and elevate complex technical issues when needed.

Develop reporting solutions that help teams make informed business decisions by:

• Creating saved searches
• Developing KPIs
• Maintaining operational and executive reports
• Automating recurring reporting where possible

Partner closely with Finance and Operations to support reporting for inventory, sales, purchasing, and financial processes.

Support Enterprise Integrations

Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and connected business systems, including:

• Shopify
• NewStore
• Banking and payment platforms

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing error queues
• Identifying integration issues
• Coordinating resolution with vendors and implementation partners

Improve Business Processes

Work with stakeholders across multiple departments to:

• Gather business requirements
• Automate manual processes
• Recommend configuration enhancements
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Support Users

Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support by:

• Troubleshooting application issues
• Resolving user requests
• Maintaining knowledge articles
• Training new users

Maintain Data Quality

Help ensure reliable business information by:

• Supporting data governance standards
• Assisting with audits and compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a production environment.
• Experience configuring NetSuite roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches.
• Understanding of ERP business processes including:
• Order-to-Cash
• Procure-to-Pay
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Experience supporting ERP integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• Experience with; Shopify, NewStore POS, Avalara or Narvar, Korber WMS or similar warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of SuiteScript and the ability to troubleshoot existing scripts.
• Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs.
• Experience with retail, sporting goods, eCommerce, or omnichannel businesses.
• Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Full-time onsite position based in Allen, Texas.
• Standard business hours with occasional after-hours support during NetSuite releases or critical production issues.
• Limited travel between company office, retail, and distribution locations as needed.
