Job summary

duPont Registry Group is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and maintain the company’s NetSuite ERP platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to ensure NetSuite is configured effectively, supports financial business processes, and delivers reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Experience supporting Finance teams within an ERP environment.
• Experience building saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment.
• Manage roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across the platform.
• Support core financial processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and month-end close.
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for financial reporting and insights.
• Provide support to NetSuite users across Finance and operational teams.
