Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Tampa.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Manage payroll processing accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with tax-related reporting and preparation activities.
• Review financial data, analyze account activity, and resolve discrepancies.
• Record and balance debit and credit transactions.
• Utilize NetSuite and other accounting systems to support daily accounting operations.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
