Job summary

Crowe seeks a NetSuite Implementation Manager to lead ERP implementations for Manufacturing and Distribution clients. You will guide the full lifecycle from discovery through post-go-live support, manage client relationships, and mentor consultants in a hybrid US-based setting.

The ideal candidate combines ERP consulting experience with NetSuite knowledge, supply chain expertise, and project leadership. You will collaborate across finance, operations, and IT to design scalable NetSuite solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
NetSuite ERP implementation/consulting experience.
3+ years leading ERP implementation projects or consulting delivery teams.
Project management experience or certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes within ERP contexts.
Experience with manufacturing and distribution operations including inventory and procurement.

Responsibilities

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery through post-go-live support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Document business requirements and facilitate workshops.
Configure NetSuite modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, multi-entity).
Implement procurement, order management, inventory, planning, and manufacturing modules.
Support manufacturing processes including BOMs and production planning.
Design workflows and reporting with SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
Collaborate on integrations with WMS, ecommerce, and logistics systems.
Mentor consultants and ensure high-value client outcomes.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design.
