Job Title: NetSuite Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Referral Bonus: $150/Month

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ERP Developer to support the development, customization, and integration of NetSuite. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the functionality and efficiency of NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration with various business workflows and processes. While the role primarily involves development responsibilities, the candidate will also assist with QA testing to validate system enhancements and integrations.

This position will support the Accounting/Finance, Sales Operations, and IT teams by assisting in SuiteScript development, workflow automation, system enhancements, and API integrations with third-party applications. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and driving automation improvements.

The ERP Developer will work closely with IT, Oracle NetSuite ACS services, and NetSuite consultants to ensure system stability, performance, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. NetSuite Development & Customization (40%)
   • Write and modify SuiteScripts, workflows, and custom records to meet business needs.
2. API Integration & System Enhancements (30%)
   • Develop and test integrations between NetSuite and other platforms.
3. QA Testing & Troubleshooting (20%)
   • Assist in testing customizations, validating workflows, and debugging issues.
4. Documentation & Process Improvement (10%)
   • Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for automation.

Required Qualifications:

1. NetSuite Development (2-5 years’ experience): Hands-on experience with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, workflow automation, and customizing NetSuite objects.
2. API Integration (2+ years’ experience): Experience with RESTlet and SOAP APIs for integrating NetSuite with external applications.
3. QA & Troubleshooting (1-3 years’ experience): Ability to assist in testing system customizations, debugging scripts, and validating integrations.
4. Business Process Understanding: Familiarity with Accounting, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Sales Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
3. Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant scripting languages.
4. Prior experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
