Our client is looking for a NetSuite Developer to customize, integrate, and optimize NetSuite solutions, ensuring they align with business goals. If you’re passionate about cloud technology, automation, and delivering high-impact financial solutions, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize NetSuite scripts, workflows, and dashboards using SuiteScript.
• Integrate NetSuite with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
• Create and maintain custom fields, forms, records, and saved searches.
• Automate business processes using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging system issues.
• Optimize NetSuite performance and configurations to align with business goals.
• Assist with data migration, imports, and exports.
• Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, dashboards, and custom fields.
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Collaborate with technical teams for advanced customization and scripting needs.
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop reports, saved searches, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date on NetSuite features and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, or Oracle (implementation, configuration, and customization).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering NetSuite projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management skills with experience using JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong knowledge of business processes.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Miami Beach (South Beach).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Haves

• Proficient in Spanish or French (preferred).
• NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteCommerce, NetSuite Financials) (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or wholesale distribution industries (preferred).
