Job description

We are seeking a developer for a senior-level technical developer consulting position. As a consultant, you will be working in partnership with both the support and delivery teams to develop applications that extend the functionality and enhance the NetSuite user experience. You will have a significant role in solving problems and building solutions in all areas of NetSuite.

Requirements:

1. 5 years experience: javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, SOAP web services, REST web services
2. 5 years experience in NetSuite

We are a seasoned team of enterprise software implementation professionals who focus on providing cloud-based ERP, CRM and eCommerce solutions for small to medium sized businesses across Texas and the US. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite applications using all components of the SuiteCloud Platform
2. Troubleshoot existing scripts, integrations, and workflows
3. Make technical recommendations on designs as well as technical improvements to existing solutions
4. Create and/or update detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations
5. Lead and participate in internal and external (client facing) technical walkthroughs and demonstrations
6. Interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications
7. Participate in user acceptance testing
8. Lead and coordinate team development efforts

Preferred Qualifications

1. 3-5 years NetSuite development experience
2. Strong experience working with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud Development Framework
3. Experience working with javascript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL
4. Integration development utilizing SOAP and REST architectures
5. Experience in the full software development lifecycle
6. Experience utilizing Git for version control
7. Knowledge of NetSuite administration
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Must be based in continental US.
10. This is a remote role, but preference given to local candidates.
