Job summary

Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to analyze finance, operations, and ERP processes across client engagements. You will gather requirements directly from finance and operations stakeholders, document current and future-state workflows, and help ensure NetSuite implementations map cleanly onto how the business actually runs.

You will create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications, support UAT planning and end-user training, and collaborate with Solution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite or comparable ERP business analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of core financial and operational business processes.
• Finance and accounting exposure preferred.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
