Overview:

As a Sr. Business Analyst (NetSuite), you will make a difference by bringing financial analytical skills and technical expertise to support financial technology solutions and enhance the current financial systems. You will collaborate with various teams to understand business challenges and envision potential solutions. If you have a solid background in Financial Systems and mainstream ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with internal and external teams to enhance current financial systems and solutions with a focus on the Financial and Accounting processes.
2. Provide input into the design, configuration, implementation, and customization of financial systems solutions.
3. Support the adoption, development, and usage of NetSuite throughout the organization.
4. Document system features and capabilities in business terms and using understandable language providing business users with easy-to-reference, timely and accurate information on how to use system functionality.
5. Perform impact assessments and define the scope of requested changes, enhancements, new features, and new system capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP Systems like NetSuite and configuration experience in complex environments.
3. Deep understanding of ERP modules and functionality, specifically as related to Record to Report processes.
4. Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, ERP Reporting, Financial Setups, Saved Searches, and Analytics.
5. 5+ years of experience in ERP business analysis and/or ERP system functional experience.

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
