Job summary

Steneral Consulting is seeking a NetSuite ERP Administrator to stabilize and optimize the NetSuite environment after migration, collaborating with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure system readiness. This role focuses on aligning functionality with business needs and guiding strategic improvements.

You will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and workflows, while supporting integrations with RFSmart and other warehouse systems.

Job description

• Serve as the primary administrator for the recently implemented NetSuite ERP environment, focusing on system stabilization post-ERP migration.
• Analyze and identify gaps between legacy and new business processes, recommending scalable solutions and process improvements.
• Support and troubleshoot NetSuite, RFSmart, warehouse technology, handheld devices, and general IT issues for end users.
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to align system functionality with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, workflows, saved searches, and support ongoing system optimization.
• Evaluate, support, and troubleshoot system integrations with third-party applications (e.g., warehouse, eCommerce, shipping, banking).
• Recommend and implement automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency and improve business processes.
• Proactively advise business leaders on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Favor standard NetSuite functionality over excessive customization to ensure system scalability and upgradeability.
• Assist with data validation and ensure high-quality data migration and integrity.
• Provide stakeholder management, clear communication, and training to improve user adoption and system effectiveness.
• Preferred experience: RFSmart, warehouse/distribution/logistics/manufacturing industry, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, and process automation.
• Success in this role is defined by stabilizing and optimizing the NetSuite environment, resolving migration issues, closing process gaps, and becoming a strategic partner to leadership.
