Job summary

KOA is implementing NetSuite OneWorld and seeks a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to own the environment from go-live onward. You will configure, support, and optimize the accounting ERP, collaborating with the implementation partner and internal teams.

Remote (U.S.) or in-person with travel; 10% travel expected. The role focuses on franchise billing, revenue recognition, and integration workflows within a multi-subsidiary setup.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration in a multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) environment.
• Strong accounting concepts: GL, AP/AR, COA, accruals/deferrals, intercompany activity.
• Experience with revenue recognition rules, ARM, and deferred revenue reporting.
• Comfort supporting automated integrations; triage batch failures and reconcile postings.
• Reading/troubleshooting logs; collaborating with developers on extensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities with the implementation team.
• Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration: permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, tickets.
• Oversee daily/weekly posting pipeline, validate journals, invoices, credits, and ensure correct GL mapping.
