Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator for the NetSuite ERP environment.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, custom records, and system configurations.
- Ensure system stability and data integrity across all functions, especially during close cycles.
Integrations & System Connectivity
- Manage and maintain EDI and WMS integrations, ensuring seamless communication with third-party platforms.
- Oversee integrations through Celigo and ensure accurate, reliable data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts related to the JP Morgan Chase banking integration, with a focus on permissions, security roles, and data access management.
- Validate and ensure the cost catalog has been properly migrated and maintained in NetSuite, providing the finance team confidence during year-end close.
- Automate and streamline month-end close processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Support Finance and Accounting teams with saved searches, reporting, and reconciliations.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, and IT to align NetSuite functionality with business processes.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure strong system adoption across teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience
- Background in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting retail, apparel, or consumer goods organizations
- Hands‑on experience with: EDI integrations, WMS platforms, Celigo or similar middleware tools, Bank integrations (ideally JP Morgan Chase)
- Experience working with item costing and cost catalog management in NetSuite
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Experience automating and optimizing month-end close workflows
- Experience working in multi‑channel retail (eCommerce + wholesale)
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or advanced NetSuite reporting
