The Client Support Designing group enables Netflix Clients assistance to assist clients with settling issues as they attempt to stream or pursue Netflix. We do this by making a viable, versatile, and tough innovation environment that mixes in-house and merchant arrangements. Our areas of obligation incorporate our contact place, CRM, CMS, part of the board framework, and different task devices. We center around functional and cost productivity, specialist and client experience, and empowering fast development in how Netflix does Client assistance.
About You
- 2+ years of professional experience planning, building, and delivering quality code on time.
- Open to working full‑stack, yet particularly energetic about frontend design and building natural, exquisite, and performant client experiences.
- Self‑motivated and can manage ambiguity, perform multiple tasks, and explore complex specialized frameworks.
- Flourish in fast‑paced environments and can move quickly or pivot to meet changing business needs.
- Even‑minded and happy with making tradeoffs to balance speed and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with specialists, product managers, designers, partners, and vendors.

You Will
- Make simple and natural full‑stack web applications, emphasizing frontend skill.
- Own and handle all stages of the product development lifecycle—planning, execution, and support.
- Configure, deploy, ship, and maintain microservices that coordinate with external and Netflix services.
- Team up with product managers, engineers, architects, partners, and vendors on projects.
- Convey technical ideas and work closely with junior and senior teammates.
- Help elevate the team by coaching, running code/design reviews, and driving adoption of best practices.
You Really Should Have
- Significant experience in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Significant experience in React or similar UI frameworks.
- Significant experience in Java or other object‑oriented languages.
- Significant experience with application interface protocols such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST.
- Depth in data models, algorithms, and architecture patterns and data layers.
- Wide experience integrating internal and external organizations into solutions.
- Experience with cloud configuration, deployment stages like Amazon Web Services.
You Could Have
- Experience with SpringBoot, RDBMS, Cassandra, NoSQL, Elasticsearch.
- Understanding or interest in ML/AI‑based knowledge and its applications in client care.
- Interest in or engagement with UI/UX design.
- Experience with Parrot or nearby CRM, CMS, CXM, part of the board, and CCaaS strategies.
