Netflix’s Systems Engineering (CSE) Team is focused on improving employee experience, collaboration, and productivity. This role provides tracking and troubleshooting information to Netflix staff via Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

This role involves providing tracking and troubleshooting information to Netflix staff via Jira and Confluence.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux systems in a production environment
• Experience using APIs for work automation
• Solid experience building scalable, reliable, and efficient systems, including understanding design trade-offs, modeling breach and recovery, and knowing distribution best practices
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Swift, JavaScript, or Go)
• Ability to apply design principles, processes, and procedures to ensure engineering projects are delivered on time with quality products
• Ability to manage AWS infrastructure to support production processes
• Experience with SDLC and project management, including Agile, Scrum, and iteration
• Process engineering support for JIRA/Confluence both in the cloud and on-premises

Good to Have

• Experience developing solutions for SaaS‑based applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, JIRA/Confluence)
• Mastery of detailed information
• CI/CD familiarity with customer engineering processes and tools
