Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Solutions Associate to join the Live Experience team in the USA. You will work with cross-functional partners to streamline processes, design tools, and implement new systems that enhance the fan experience.

You will leverage low-code platforms, SQL analytics, and dashboards to identify inefficiencies, build scalable solutions, and drive measurable business improvements while collaborating with stakeholders and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research to identify problems solvable with new tools and techniques.
• Support implementation and adoption of new systems through seminars and training manuals, and day-to-day feedback.
