Job summary

Compass Resourcing Group, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician for a direct-hire role with an industry-leading electrical testing and preventive maintenance company. Ideal candidate holds a NETA Level II or III and is willing to travel regionally up to 60%. You will perform electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, and acceptance testing at data centers and substations, while supervising junior technicians. Responsibilities include safety, reporting, and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years electrical testing experience preferred.
• NETA Level II or III certification desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and three-line drawings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to inspect, test and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Supervise Trainees and Technicians; mentor Level 1/2 staff.
• Perform start-up, acceptance testing, arc flash studies and power metering.
