Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking two Application Developers to support a multiyear modernization initiative for the Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS).

You will develop modern web applications using C#/.NET and Angular 16+, build Web APIs, and integrate systems within an Azure-hosted environment. You will collaborate with analysts, testers, project managers, and TRS staff to translate specs into production-ready solutions, participate in code reviews, and help ensure secure, scalable software

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant development experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience with enterprise business systems.
• Pension administration experience is a plus.
• Experience with legacy system modernization.
• Experience in Azure-hosted environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using C#/.NET and Angular 16+.
• Build and maintain Web APIs, system integrations, and automation workflows.
• Work with SQL databases and application data functionality.
• Perform coding, unit testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate technical specifications and functional requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Support Agile SDLC processes and secure coding practices.
• Work with modern and legacy systems as part of the modernization initiative.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, testers, project managers, and TRS technical staff.
