Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Business Analyst to lead modernization efforts for the Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS). This role focuses on engaging with business units, documenting current and future state processes, and translating needs into Azure DevOps work items and user stories.

The position involves collaboration with developers, IT staff, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with modernization goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business units to understand workflows, pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Interface with Development or IT staff to translate technical requirements.
• Document current state processes using process maps and workflow charts.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and testing instructions for UAT and functional testing.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
