Capital Vacations is seeking an In-House Marketing Agent to engage with resort guests, owners, and members on property and invite qualified guests to Owner Updates or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentations. Qualifications

• OPC or In-House Marketing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Sales-minded and goal-oriented.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience.
• Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates.
• Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information.
• Provide a positive and professional guest experience.
• Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and resort offerings.
• Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed.
• Meet and exceed production goals.
