Key Requirements

• Senior, hands-on .NET leader (.NET 6)

Strong attention to detail with experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and leading projects

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Experience modernizing/refactoring legacy applications
• DevOps experience is a plus
• Cloud experience is not required

Meeting Notes

• Looking for a Sr. person, even to lead her current resources on the team to help get them more organized
• Person we're replacing was super attention to detail as well as helping the juniors grow-- doing their code reviews and doing them properly
• This would be a Sr. person in the code
• Also needs to be hands on-- will be leading a lot of projects, either skilling up the devs
• Working with business partners-- communication needs to be very good
• Ability to discuss technical terms and turn it into non-technical terms

Cloud experience is unnecessary

• Refactoring old technology into new technology

Issue with older dev's is that they're not keeping their skills up to date
