Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend and integration development with C# .NET Core.
• Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server and CosmosDB.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs for dev teams.
• IT project management or requirements gathering exposure.
• Experience collaborating with offshore/cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS applications.
• Experience with data movement tools like Event Hubs or MQ.
• Knowledge of data storage options (blob, NAS, Azure File Shares).
• Understanding of resiliency and DR concepts, including auto-scaling and multi-region setups.
• CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Looking for a seasoned dev who's ready to take the lead on some cool integration work without the whole "managing people" headache. This role is all about the tech — you'll be the go‑to person helping our managers and architects drive development for HRIS projects, working alongside both onshore and offshore teams.

What You'll Bring (7-9 Years Experience)

The Non-Negotiables:

• Solid C# .NET Core chops — backend, integrations, microservices, Azure Functions, and API development are your bread and butter
• Comfortable navigating MS SQL Server and CosmosDB, with strong SQL skills to match
• Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories that dev teams can actually work with
• Some requirements-gathering or IT project management under your belt
• Experience collaborating with offshore/cross-functional teams
• Any exposure to HRIS applications
• Familiarity with data movement tools like Event Hubs or MQ
• Know your way around data storage (blob, NAS, Azure File Shares)
• Understanding of resiliency and DR concepts — auto scalability, multi-region setups, replication
• CI/CD pipeline experience (ADO or GitHub)
