Job summary

NTT DATA invites an experienced .NET Developer specializing in enterprise integrations to join a large-scale Energy Trading & Risk Management transformation. You will design, develop, and maintain critical integrations between the ETRM platform and upstream/downstream enterprise applications, leveraging C#, .NET Core, and robust API approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Experience developing and supporting REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Strong background in enterprise application integration and integration patterns.
• Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience developing batch and file-based interfaces.
• Strong SQL Server and database development skills, including: SQL programming, Stored procedures, Data modeling, Query tuning and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including: Source control, Automated testing, Logging and monitoring, Security standards, Technical documentation.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between the ETRM platform and enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, web services, batch processes, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop interfaces supporting trading, market data, risk management, settlements, accounting, and reporting functions.
• Create data mappings, transformation logic, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and data quality controls.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot integration defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, developers, and external vendors throughout implementation and deployment activities.
• Translate functional and interface specifications into technical solutions and integration designs.
• Support deployment, cutover, and post-production stabilization activities.

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer specializing in enterprise integrations to support a large-scale Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) transformation initiative. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain critical integrations between the ETRM platform and various upstream and downstream enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, API development, enterprise integration patterns, and SQL Server, along with experience building scalable, reliable interfaces across complex business environments. Energy trading or commodity trading experience is highly desirable but not required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
